Sanctions Compliance Statement

Documents

Workalisation Limited is committed to conducting all business activities in strict adherence to applicable international sanctions laws and regulations, including those enacted by the United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, and United States.

We affirm that neither Workalisation Limited nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, or associated business ventures are subject to any sanctions imposed by these authorities.

Furthermore, Workalisation Limited confirms that it does not engage in business activities with, nor does it have any affiliations or connections to, any individuals, entities, or organizations that are subject to sanctions or are associated with sanctioned governments, including but not limited to those related to the Russian Federation.

We also ensure that no funds or resources received by Workalisation Limited will be utilized to support or facilitate activities that contravene international sanctions laws, including actions that infringe upon human rights or restrict fundamental freedoms.

To uphold this commitment, Workalisation Limited has implemented a comprehensive Sanctions Compliance Program. This program involves conducting rigorous due diligence to ensure that individual contractors are not listed on any sanctions lists, such as the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We verify that contractors do not have affiliations with entities or individuals subject to sanctions, particularly those related to the Russian Federation. We clearly state that Workalisation Limited, including its contractors, will not provide services to entities or individuals designated under sanctions related to Russia. We acknowledge the prohibitions on providing certain professional services to Russia under U.S. and EU sanctions, such as accounting, trust and corporate formation, and management consulting services. We establish ongoing monitoring mechanisms to ensure that contractors’ activities remain compliant with evolving sanctions regulations and commit to regular audits and assessments of contractor engagements to identify and mitigate potential sanctions-related risks. We provide contractors with training on applicable sanctions laws and regulations, emphasizing the importance of compliance in their daily activities, and ensure that contractors are aware of the specific restrictions related to providing services to Russian entities or individuals under current sanctions. We implement clear procedures for contractors to report any potential violations of sanctions laws and ensure that there are protocols in place for timely reporting to appropriate authorities if a sanctions breach is identified. We reiterate Workalisation Limited’s dedication to ethical business practices and compliance with international sanctions laws, affirming that the company and its contractors will not engage in activities that could be construed as circumventing sanctions against Russia or any other sanctioned jurisdiction.

By incorporating these elements, Workalisation Limited strengthens its commitment to sanctions compliance, ensuring that both the company and its contractors adhere to international regulations, particularly those related to Russia.
